Jeff completed successful private equity exits of both a specialty chemicals business called Rutland (Riverside PE in 2017) and a specialty manufacturer of High Temperature cables called Radix (High Road PE in 2022). Jeff is currently the CEO of Radix and serves on the board of UC Coatings. Prior to the Radix CEO role Jeff was an Operating Partner for High Road Capital. The majority of Jeff's career, before going into private equity, was in the chemical industry with BASF/Basell. This included five years based in China. The product lines that were his primary focus included plastics/engineered resins and OEM coatings. Jeff is also a member of the Deans Council for Carnegie Mellon University (MCS).
