Jeff has 28 years of experience in IT/ICT, spanning Communications Engineering and Software/Cloud Engineering. He has strong leadership skills and exceptional client-facing abilities in Singapore and regional countries. He is passionate about technological innovation and digital transformation and has won the Gold Merlion Award (2016) and the IMDA Innovation Challenge (2023). Industry Experience- Diverse IT/ICT roles in the reputable organisations of HP, COPC, Kompakar, Wilmar, Certis CISCO, and NCS/Singtel. Managed most difficult projects for the government, like IRAS, Mindef, LTA, and SMRT. One of the projects had up to 12 subsystems, 20+ engineers, and a contract value exceeding 20 million Singapore dollars- Groundbreaking projects, e.g, Asia's FIRST smart terminal (Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore - MBCCS) and Singapore's FIRST truly unmanned store (Singtel UNBOX), First-ever "Metaverse for Business" HoloLens Mixed Reality App with real-time IoT data collection, video streaming, and cloud integration, 2. Leadership, Managerial & Client-facing Skills- Proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and lead the full cycle deployment. The Winner of the IMDA Innovation Challenge and completed NCS's FIRST IoT+Cloud (Azure) project of environmental monitoring for Singapore Mandai Wildlife Group, Participated in prestigious competitions. Winner of the GOLD Merlion Award for the FIRST Singapore Smart Security Solution Competition and completed the FIRST indoor tracking solution for security operations in & t=50s)- Successful regional market exploration and penetration. Developed/sold the world's FIRST 360-degree TRAIN-BORNE surveillance solution to the police and train operator in Shanghai, China, 2007.
