Along the way of my 20+ year career working in government and healthcare, I have discovered that I get a real charge from working with curious, smart, creative people who are not afraid to challenge everything. I love to coach and lead teams and get a thrill out of helping people realize their full potential and do things they never thought possible. I am passionate about the critical role that effective communications plays in leadership and driving all aspects of business. I believe in the power of storytelling to reach audiences and abhor corporate speak in all its forms. I am quite comfortable running toward a fire to help put it out and turn things around. I know from experience that the key to effective communications is grounded in keeping your message simple and clear - then communicating it consistently and persistently. I love what I do for work and have fun doing it.
