Jeff is a commercial insurance executive with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and driving sustainable business growth. With expertise in achieving cross-functional performance and building organizational resiliency, his focus lies in strategic business planning, product portfolio management, staff & resource modeling, and governance across complex and geographically dispersed operations. A versatile and results-driven leader, Jeff combines his strong business acumen, deep curiosity and interpersonal skill to quickly navigate ambiguity, foster genuine connections and drive collaborative, high-impact decisions. His ability to cultivate trust and harness team intelligence has been instrumental in consistently delivering operational excellence and long-term value. Prior to joining Tokio Marine HCC, Jeff spent eight of his 14 years at Liberty Mutual leading strategic initiatives in the international commercial (re)insurance space, guiding high-impact decisions across liability portfolios and global markets. In these roles, he served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping investment priorities and growth strategies to meet ambitious performance targets. He was also selected for multiple leadership development programs at Liberty, which gave him broad exposure to core functions across the insurance business. Jeff holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BSBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. He has also earned Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. Jeff lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two young kids, and when time allows, enjoys the never-ending battle to improve his golf game. A travel enthusiast as well, he has almost mastered the art of keeping toddlers entertained on planes, making family trips more enjoyable.
