I love understanding how things work and I like the challenge of helping customers. Customer support is one part problem solving, one part relationship development and one part education. I like to bring all three elements to the table when working with customers. Whether I am on-site or working remotely, I like to hear what the customer has to say. I have been involved in projects of all sizes and complexities. The ability to overcome a particularly difficult challenge provides me with a sense of satisfaction. Collaboration is a key part of my success. I enjoy interacting with both my colleagues and customers to share best practices, gain tips for faster problem resolution and build camaraderie. I am motivated to help customers understand how our products work and how they can take advantage of new services so that they can deliver the best video services to their subscribers.
