I have developed value generating products & enhancements to broaden and deepen client relationships and solved key client data or process problems by gaining in-depth knowledge of the client's problem, workflow, environment and challenges. I have focused more toward innovative and game-changing products where broad industry knowledge as well as software development skills are required. I provided direction to SAFe Agile development teams to improve product value by increasing the quality of code delivered. As scrum master I helped those development teams improve their velocity trend over time.
