For the better part of the past 2 decades I have been running a successful business in Albuquerque, New Mexico as an independent Apple, PC, and network service, repair, and small business / home office technology consultant. In September 2017 I chose to close my business in order to return to my home town of Muskegon to care for my ailing father and aunt. Although I’m not interested in restarting my business here in Muskegon, I do miss sharing my passion for technology, being involved with work that matters, and making a difference in peoples lives. • 20+ years experience diagnosing and repairing Apple and PC hardware, software, and configuration issues for my customers. • Associate Degree - Electronics / Computer Engineering, Apple Certified Desktop Technician, Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, plus multiple other certifications. • I thrive in diverse work environments where I can use my people skills, empathy, and creativity to create a seamless technical support experience and provide support to other team members on their mission to do the same.
