Currently working on a large range of HVAC systems with the ability to also install and maintain electrical controls. I enjoy challenges as they open up doors to learn new skills and gain knowledge. I like to keep things very black and white. The job is either finished, or it's not finished. I don't like "Good Enough." Good Enough is not good enough for me. Just because everything is "working" and may be "functional," doesn't necessarily mean the job is done. I pride myself in taking care of my customers. I believe there is a difference between Customer Service and Customer Relations. A customer actually told me that early in my career when I was doing DirecTV install. I was the only one in the history of the shop where a customer actually took the time to write a letter to the shop expressing their appreciation for the work that I did and how attentive I was to their needs (Yes, as a DirecTV installer.) That message still rings loud for me today. I enjoy finding new solutions to running my buildings more efficiently. I've ran into a number of unique environments with their own characteristics. Understanding the equipment, as well as the nuances of the environment is key to stable and efficient control.
