About Jeff Mason

My career at TEKsystems has been highly rewarding because over the years I’ve had the opportunity to develop and support others the same way leaders have done for me. I believe the key to an organization’s success is creating a culture that rewards a strong work ethic and encourages personal and professional growth. We have that culture at TEKsystems. As senior vice president for strategy and transformation, I lead our company’s transformation efforts and oversee marketing, sales enablement, strategic communications and organizational change management. Joining TEKsystems in 1996, I’ve held multiple leadership positions over the years including leading a globally distributed project management office, acquisition integration, business transformation and managing global delivery operations in India. Prior to my current role, I served as vice president of TEKsystems Global Services, leading strategy, communications and project management to evolve our company into the global business and technology services company it is today.
