Whether it's streamlining processes, enabling systems to communicate effectively, or fostering shared understanding-For me, it's always about building strong relationships and finding the right solutions together. Some of the things I'm most proud of include: Rapid progression within Paylocity, earning multiple promotions in under four years. Guiding my students to graduation, helping them achieve their goals & dreams. Public speaking – whether it's presenting to stakeholders, officiating over seven weddings, or being the keynote speaker at graduation, I genuinely enjoy connecting with an audience. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of three, a D&D enthusiast, and you can usually find me lounging in a hammock listening to audiobooks!
