I am a skilled and safety-conscious leader preforming local & national startups / servicing of commercial and heavy industrial ammonia refrigeration equipment. I have 30+ years of field experience with relevant and recent certifications for refrigeration equipment commissioning, service, design, and maintenance. TECHNICAL PROJECT LEADERSHIP & VALUE: I establish cross-agency relationships and build bridges between the company and customers. I am known for coaching and mentoring junior technicians to guide technical skill development to foster their successful career progression. Finally I drive a multi-disciplinary, collaborative approach to refrigeration mechanical and technical service. REFRIGERATION EXPERTISE: I am known for creative and strongly-effective problem solving for technical problems found within halocarbon/ammonia refrigeration systems and the controls that operate them. I have led the collaborative startup of a new Industrial refrigeration service group with initial revenue of $70k that successfully grew to over $2.5 mil annually over 5 year time span. I have and continue to work as part of a group or accomplish major projects autonomously. Recently setup hoisting equipment and installed a newly rebuilt Dunn & Bush LCS 204 compressor and 250 hp motor, set up and calibrated controls, preformed and hot / cold alignment with in with no assistance.
