Highlights of my achievements include: » Executive Director of JPMC IAM Program Management leading some of JPMCs most strategic initiatives. » Global Head of AIG infrastructure project and portfolio management encompassing more than 100 project and program managers that delivered a portfolio of 300 plus concurrent project/programs annually. » Directed network transformation program execution for AIG, which included upgrading global network architecture, modernizing and segmenting global data centers, implementing tools and processes, and strengthening cyber security threat prevention. » Led transition of Project Management Office for AIG from traditional Waterfall to a hybrid Waterfall/Agile approach through hiring of key talent, training and revising process approach. » Led and drove a multi-platform program team that delivered infrastructure supporting the deployment of an insurance application to 33 countries globally as the Senior Program Director for AIG. » Directed the IT transition/transformation program which resulted in the changeover of operational services for critical service areas and the consolidation of servers from 2 primary data centers into an IBM hosted data center.
