About Jeff McKee

I have a strong, diverse background in SQL, R, communications, and team collaboration. I have learned to tackle complex problems and reach sound solutions both as an individual decision-maker and as a team member. As a Data Analytics Intern for Vervent, I created multiple reports using SQL and R while cleaning up data sets constantly. My largest project consisted of an analysis regarding acceptance rates for applications, collaborating with 2 departments and analyzing accounts, ending with a presentation to our marketing team to help with targeted ads. As a program manager for The Navigators, I planned camp for kids and managed over 20 college aged staff. I used my analysis background to bring a unique perspective into the job. My Creation, implementation, and maintenance of a system to analyze our recruitment efforts for the summer staff resulted in a budget increase and new recruitment strategies. I learned team collaboration and communication skills, while developing my leadership and decision-making abilities. In all my roles, I was expected to help wherever necessary and gained experience in all parts of being a data analyst and program manager.
