Career Highlights • Transitioned application services delivery from hierarchical to a leveraged global factory center of excellence (CoE) operational model, improving client engagement and significantly reducing cost. • Successfully managed a transformation program consisting of 13 projects and over 100 team members. Collaborated with executive leadership to open the major retail client’s Customer Service Center network, optimizing supply chain systems, processes, and human resource operations. • Transformed the delivery of 150 application engineers responsible for maintaining over 60 critical and core applications for a leading Insurance industry client. Achieved performance improvement, shifting over 20% of expenditure from “lights on” maintenance to business-driven innovation within the first 9 months, through improved quality, productivity and eliminating wasteful effort. • Developed and deployed project and change management methodologies across the enterprise team of 40K+, leveraging PMBOK, CMMI, ISO Lean and Six Sigma strategies and frameworks. • Developed a repeatable transition process to facilitate successful organizational change, by applying specific transformation strategies to facilitate internal change and behavioral institutionalization.
