I am senior level Retail Lending professional with extensive experience in sales, consumer lending, residential mortgage, underwriting, portfolio management and default loan servicing (collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, loss recovery and REO sales). I have consistently achieved loan portfolio growth with an emphasis on credit quality while improving Loss Mitigation & Collection efficiency. WHAT I’M KNOWN FOR I have a reputation for keeping my eye on the prize – meeting or exceeding monthly production goals. I have won multiple sales awards for high level production, such as the Presidents Cup and 110% Club. Being extremely detail oriented I am able to effectively use regulatory guidance to build policies and procedures that ensure consistent, satisfactory audits/exams, both internally and externally. MY LEADERSHIP DNA I consider myself a champion of diversity and inclusion. I'm a proven leader with a strong ability to build effective, engaged teams that perform at a high level with essentially zero turnover. I consider myself a "coach" as opposed to a "boss".
