I am a Chemical Engineer and experienced Production Manager specializing in food manufacturing and packaging within unionized environments. With a strong foundation in both engineering principles and operations management, I bring a technical, process-driven approach to improving efficiency, safety, and product quality across high-volume, multi-shift operations. I lead with a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and BRCGS compliance, ensuring every aspect of production meets the highest standards for food safety and regulatory integrity. I do this through implementing safety meetings with the operators I manage, providing the PPE and training required to work safely, an following up on non-compliance issues. I ensure every team I work with has a goal zero mentality. I have the ability to lead safety changes while managing capital projects, day to day operations, and scaling up pilot projects onto production equipment successfully. My career has helped me develop many skills including engineering design, process optimization, leadership, and lean initiatives.
