As a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Comcast, I leverage my business administration degree and over ten years of experience in customer experience management to drive growth and retention. I also serve as the Interim Director of Continuous Improvement, allowing me to lead the team through customer research, strategic initiatives, and executive overviews to improve the overall customer experience. Thanks to my skills in customer journeys, continuous improvement, and strategic planning, I have contributed to significant increases in employee, customer short-term, and customer long-term satisfaction scores over the last two years. I also focus on business process effectiveness by utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to build business cases for prioritization. I lead by influence and work cross functionally with teams at various levels in the organization, serving as a subject matter expert for all customer experience tools.
