I am a Leader with extensive experience in leading small, medium, and large teams, with a passion for learning new things. Over my career, I have held various progressive roles, and worked in multiple markets including Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario. During this time, I have led diverse teams through multiple projects such as bricks and mortar builds/remodels, technology roll outs, merchandise assortment transformation, and process change improvements resulting in both individual and financial achievement! I am devoted to People development and growth! I embrace change, and enjoy the challenge of leading large, and highly diversified teams, through their change management journeys. I am also dedicated to driving an environment that, fosters and encourages collaboration on strategies, and business plans, which are both challenging but, at the same time, achievable. I strongly believe that for me to be the best I can be in my role, my team needs to be the best that they can be in theirs. By aligning the right people, in the right roles, executing the right tasks anything can be accomplished! We are in it together and together we will SUCCEED!
