Background

About Jeff Moineau

I have over 30 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry in both technical and management roles. After eight years as the CNC Department Manager, I have now taken on the role of Estimating, Purchasing and Proces Manager, responsible for estimating new jobs, analyzing existing jobs and processes for both efficiency and profitability. Working together with engineering, production personnel, senior management and customers, I analyze job data, costing, product design and manufacturing processes. When necessary, I work to develop changes and improvements with the ultimate goal being to make each project not only a good fit for Wirefab, but also a practical and cost-effective solution for our customers. My experience on both the production and management sides of the business has made this a smooth and worthwhile transition. I have also taken on the role of updating and implementing a modernized ISO 9001 Quality Program here at Wirefab. This includes in depth analysis and revision of all the processes involved with the end goal of making the system work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
