About Jeff Mullarkey

When I co-founded RKON in 1998, my goal was simple: to help businesses navigate complex IT transformations and improve their ability to scale and adapt to new challenges. What started as a consulting firm focused on security, compliance, and mission-critical infrastructure quickly evolved into something much bigger. Our clients began to see the value we brought not just in solving their toughest security technology challenges, but in taking over the management of their entire IT infrastructure altogether—letting them focus on their core business.Over the past 20+ years, RKON has grown into one of the leading IT transformation and cybersecurity service providers in the country. Our focus has always been on simplifying the complex. We’ve come a long way since those early days, but our mission remains the same: to be the trusted partner that businesses turn to when they need to innovate, secure, and scale their IT operations. Today, we offer cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT management, including Zero Trust architecture, identity and access management (IAM), and ransomware readiness. As a leader, I pride myself on building high-performance teams while creating an environment of enablement. With 100+ employees, we are one of the most diverse organizations in the technology industry. Our unique combination of heart, creativity, and drive is just one of the reasons RKON has been voted one of the best technology companies to work for. I welcome all high performers to join a team of your peers.
