About Jeff Murray

With many years of experience in transportation operations, I built a strong and diverse foundation while serving in multiple roles including driving, distribution, logistics, networking, and safety. There are always problems that arise in operations but now I have a great toolset of strategies and solutions that ensure a fast track back to meeting deadlines and performance goals. I’ve been successful because I know how to measure results and steer operations in new directions. A few achievements I am proud of include: ⇨ Championed change by leading the design and implementation of a project that innovated the route network for 40 states (with 75% of KPIs achieved). ⇨ Improved the payload factor by 100% by helping to offer more delivery options with the transition from a line to hub model: delivery options multiplied by 100% times. ⇨ Positioned the organization competitively by successfully doubling the number of online route network points (from 35% to 80%) with four new stations in APAC, nine in EMEA, and six in the USA. ⇨ Mitigated risk exposure by following appropriate safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods. ⇨ Impacted operations with accurate revenue forecasting of mid and long-term scenarios to circumvent external and internal factors (changes in fuel prices, internal processes improvements).
