I am a Client Executive at Microsoft Canada, where I have been supporting the Government of Canada with their digital transformation and modernization needs for over two years. I hold a Canadian Secret Clearance, which enables me to work with sensitive and confidential information and to build trust and credibility with our customers. My core competencies include strategy, product marketing, enterprise client relationships, buyers journey sales process, social selling, coaching and mentoring, P/L responsibility, and give to get negotiations. I leverage these skills to help our customers achieve their goals and to deliver value-added solutions that meet their current and future needs. I am passionate about empowering every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more, which is the corporate mission of Microsoft. As a domain expert in the public sector, digital transformation, and modernization, I understand the challenges and opportunities that our customers face in delivering services to their citizens and employees. I work collaboratively with an exceptional team of professionals at Microsoft to bring all of the assets of the business to our customers. As a gifted communicator, I can frame the challenge/opportunity and convey the best path to achieve a positive business outcome for all parties involved. As a coach/mentor, I lead by example and ensure alignment to the customer's goals through clear and consistent communication.
