Background

About Jeff Odongo

I am a driven and result oriented individual with a background in leadership, operations, and international relations. Currently pursuing an MBA at Endicott College, with a focus on project management, lean operations, and financial control. A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, I bring discipline, teamwork, and adaptability to every task at hand. My diverse experience spans legal, business, and mentorship roles, including working as a Team Advisor for the National Student Leadership Conference, where I facilitated diplomacy-focused simulations and guided students in leadership development. With my time at GrayRobinson, P.A, I honed my research and analytical skills, supporting legal teams with case material preparation and database management. Additionally, my hands-on roles in retail and youth development demonstrate my ability to foster efficiency, communication, and customer service excellence.
