As a trusted advisor, I bring more than 30 years of experience empowering clients, managing successful global programs, and developing innovative technology. I work across many sectors, empowering leaders in healthcare, public service, research, bioscience, and technology to implement practical systems that drive success. I am principal consultant at Synergy Professional Services (spspro.com) and am on the graduate faculty of the Division of Management at Oregon Health and Science University. I was previously on executive staff at IBM and am the founder of the Portfolio and Project Leaders Forum for senior managers of project-based organizations (pplforum.org). I teach and consult about project and portfolio management systems in both business and graduate settings. I hold an M.Eng. degree and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).I love collaborating with executives and teams to unlock the potential of their projects.
