I leverage a career of naval service and servant leadership across a variety of organizations and disciplines to solve problems and develop solutions. I've spent more than 5 years developing cross-organizational teams to develop tailored forecasts, products, and solutions for the Navy's deployed ships, aviators, and SEALs. I have a knack for translating technical modeling capabilities and multi-faceted information into usable products or counsel for customers, while helping customers by developing the answer to "what they REALLY want to know." I've always been a values-driven leader, committed to honesty, integrity, and trustworthy character, and intentional in motivating the development of those same aspects of peers and subordinates alike.
