About Jeff Park

I have been an outdoorsman and naturalist my entire life, passionate about boating, fishing and our environment. I left the GTA and graduated from Fleming College with two diplomas in Environmental Science, and have an Honours Degree in Biology from Trent University. I began my career in 2005 with the Realty and Resource Conservation departments for Parks Canada, gaining experience in both conservation and environmental assessments, as well as landowner permits, and public education. During this time of service, I was the recipient of the National Parks Canada Agencies C.E.O. Award of Excellence for Fostering a Culture of Conservation in 2008. These experiences helped pave the way for a career shift into Cottage, Rural and Development Real Estate in the Peterborough and Kawartha region. The relationships I built with local Conservation Authorities, Federal and Provincial Government Agencies enables me to confidently guide clients through both buying and selling, sharing my extensive knowledge and familiarity of complex processes. Whether working with first time buyers, or someone selling a family home or cottage, my strong customer service, negotiation skills, integrity and professionalism always shines through.
