I then transitioned to the auto industry, serving as Service Manager for a Chrysler/Dodge dealership for a year and gaining valuable customer service and operations skills. In 2018, I joined Kinsta as a Support Engineer and quickly advanced to Lead and then Head of Support over the next 2 years. In this time, I honed my technical expertise in WordPress and cloud hosting while leading successful support teams. Since May 2020, I have served as Kinsta's Director of Technical Support, overseeing all customer-facing technical support operations for the company.
