I am an experienced manager of Systems Integration, with a broad biotech and engineering knowledge base. I thrive in a complex, cross-functional environment, with a strong focus on end-user needs and satisfaction. I have expertise in testing, evaluating, and documenting products at the boundaries of hardware engineering, software engineering, biology, and chemistry, from prototypes to release. Experienced with many hardware and software technologies, I can readily learn and become proficient on novel platforms. I have a Ph.D. in Immunology / Microbiology, with extensive experience in all aspects of instrumentation for clinical, pharmaceutical, and bio-warfare agent detection. I enjoy working in a highly diverse group, working well with scientists, engineers, software developers, technical writers, and marketing.
