About Jeff Petersen

My educational foundation in Forensic Chemistry equips me with essential problem-solving skills, accountability, and a commitment to delivering reliable results within tight deadlines. It has provided me with a strong understanding of the importance of consistent methodologies and standardized testing. My career journey began in the quality field at California Olive Ranch, where I developed a sampling plan, performed inspections, and delivered data-driven insights that led to improved supplier quality. Subsequently, I honed my skills as a Quality Technician at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, learning ISO9001:2015 practices and becoming a key player in maintaining product quality. I also played a pivotal role in a task force dedicated to enhancing product quality in response to customer feedback. My passion for quality management then led me to Nanotech Energy, where I have been instrumental in establishing and implementing a QMS. I have gained a Green Belt in Six Sigma, contributed to supplier quality development, and assumed the role of Quality Assurance Manager.
