As an Outside Sales Representative at The Master Group, I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration to provide solutions for residential and commercial customers. I have a Gas B Ticket, which allows me to install and service natural gas appliances and systems, cross connection certification, which ensures the safety and quality of water supply systems, and also Red seal plumber. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, I have developed strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellence and satisfaction. I have also completed TECA and AHRI training, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to perform heat loss and heat gain calculations, duct design, hydronic heating, and forced air systems. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques to stay ahead of the market and meet the needs of my clients.
