About Jeff Pickels

I have used my education and experience to further my ambitions to make a difference in the world as well as making a good living for me and my family. Leadership is a quality I have gained through the ability to perform tasks, meet goals, and develop talent. It has been earned through my years of working as an active duty veteran and in various other diverse vocations. I’m a team builder that is goal oriented. My career in aerospace has always centered on creating a well trained staff of engineers and other technical specialists working together on a common goal of on time delivery using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. I have a Bachelors degree in Geography and a unique story of how I got to be a Group Head in charge of aerospace engineers in a major aircraft manufacturing company. These skills have developed in me to help the company I work for complete projects using a team's diversity, innovation, creativity, and individual talents. Pride in a job well done with the least amount of stress to the employees and customers alike is a constant goal to accomplish. I insist on job satisfaction and recognition for a task well done. Quality of the job is as important as the quality of life. Balancing work with the quality of life is my priority for a good personal and work-life health resulting in a vibrant social well-being.
