Managed projects over $150M in demanding environments with high level of execution to drive revenues and efficiencies while keeping projects on track. I have strong leadership foundation in project management, manufacturing and the corporate environment. In my past I have worked on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma influenced work making worksites safer and smarter in efficiencies with strong communication to all stake holders involved. I have a great basis for opportunity resolution, document tracking, auditing, feedback and execution through phase/stage gating. I have worked with projects, customers and OEMs with new product development, engineering projects, sales initiatives, quotes, releasing POs, product delivery/shipping/freight, custom installations, accounts payables, accounts receivables and collections for overdue invoicing, covering end to end project management in the business cash flow cycle. I have created national job instructions and procedures and trained technicians, managers and staff on the material and purpose with streamlining process with professional experience in managing teams and business needs including financial and time-based goals.
