About Jeff Raza

I am a goal driven, technical cloud support engineer with over 8 years of experience working with an array of technologies both on premise and within a cloud environment. I have worked with a broad spectrum of users ranging from technical consultants, project managers and R&D departments along with having the privilege of being the first North American cloud support engineer for UNIT4 business software. I work as part of the global team responsible for the deployment, management and support of UNIT 4 Business Software's ERP applications (Primarily Agresso, Central command and CODA) within UNIT4's Cloud environment delivering SaaS to over 60 customers world-wide. This work is performed utilizing partner owned IaaS such as Amazon and IBM Soft-Layer platforms to manage, deploy and maintain new customer environments - working closely with global subsidiary project teams and support departments. Colleagues know me as methodical and persistent when delivering a new environment or working on a problem. I am trusted by management and customers to understand & resolve problems considering their relative urgency and my level of competence. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I am at my best when working in a team.
