I oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, covering logistics, planning, and customer service, for the glass business that serves various markets, including automotive, architectural, and residential. My core competencies are operational transformation, sales excellence, innovation, and teamwork. I have successfully implemented strategic initiatives, process improvement, and value stream mapping to maximize profits, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. I am also an innovative strategist who drives change, fosters collaboration, and empowers my team to deliver exceptional business results.
