About Jeff Resendes

With over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry, my accomplished and targeted approach at management has led my tenure to be filled with a variety of accomplishments, successes and launched new thresholds of achievements in the ferrous metal industry. I am an expert in project planning, proactive negotiations, and exceeding margin goals. Dedication and motivation are instinctive in my work practices. I have passion and enthusiasm to get the job done. Leading a team of 30 employees to be a productive manager, who engages with his team and leads by example. I am always the first one onsite and the last one to leave. When moving into my senior role it included the planning and implementation of a multi-million dollar steel shredder, that leads the steel industry with cutting edge technology. I have strong communication skills and am an ambitious and career-oriented individual. I have since moved into the railway industry and am looking to learn from the ground up and apply both my practical and management experience into a successful tenure at CP Rail.
