PROFILE: I have more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of building maintenance; repair's, grounds keeping, gardening (commercial) and proven skills in building, cabinetry, general scope maintenance and supervising teams. I have experience as a team-member, team-leader, self-employed individual, a subcontractor, project manager/supervisor and operations manager for multi-national company’s overseeing and controlling budgets of over 2M P/A. This has provided me with skills and expertise to be an individual who understands the needs of business owners and stakeholders to retain profitability and the highest of reputations whilst remaining focused about engaging my teams to obtain quality results with safety. I routinely run reports and oversee WIP analysis while monitoring other essential KPI’s. I take direction and give concise and measurable instruction to others to enable job requirements through to completion with client satisfaction and sign off. I am self-motivated self-starting and lead by example and always give 100% no matter what the endeavour. I have various tickets, certifications/qualifications and inductions.
