About Jeff Rosemeyer

I started my career by working in technical support for an in-house developed payroll software. After a few years, I began working as help desk support for the internal IT department. I moved from Systems Administrator, to Infrastructure Supervisor, and currently to Infrastructure Manager. I enjoy being hands-on with projects that truly make a difference. I took over administration of our SCCM instance and made operating system deployment and application deployment more useful and reliable. When we moved away from Citrix, I created our RemoteApp server farm and maintained it. I spun up our first servers when we decided to expand our infrastructure footprint into Microsoft Azure. When Windows Virtual Desktop came along (which evolved into Azure Virtual Desktop), I spun up our first session hosts and used them to replace RemoteApp. I oversaw and handled the migration of our phone system from an on-premise ShoreTel system to Microsoft Teams. I have always enjoyed the security side of IT. I oversee both our security awareness and vulnerability management programs. With day-to-day work and limited resources, we do the best we can to address critical vulnerabilities. I want to do things that are exciting.
