I have been a senior litigator at Oracle since 2001 with a focus on commercial, IP and antitrust related disputes. My practice focuses primarily on issues relating to software licensing and implementation disputes, and consider myself an expert in legal issues relating to the business of enterprise software and related services, particularly those relating to Cloud and technical support. My over 25 years of commercial and IP litigation experience allows me to represent my client's interests aggressively but sensibly which equates to getting the best business outcome in the most efficient and cost effective manner. As I have worked both in house and as outside counsel, I have learned that the most effective solutions to commercial disputes require blending strong legal and business skills to the situation presented. I have resolved hundreds of matters without the need for litigation, which I believe should be the goal in any commercial conflict.
