Prior to his professional career, Jeff graduated from Monmouth University in Long Branch N.J, played water polo and enjoyed competing in mini triathlons. Jeff is married to Cheryl Rubman, an accomplished businesswoman and is the REO Manager for Illustrated Properties and has a daughter currently works as a web designer in Jacksonville
