As the National Leader of Life Sciences Strategy Consulting at KPMG US, I help clients across the life sciences industries achieve their growth and transformation goals. With over 20 years of experience in advising private equity, pharmaceutical, medical device, and pharma services companies, I have developed a deep expertise in growth strategy, commercial and operational due diligence, portfolio analysis, and commercial strategy. Additionally, I help life science companies develop there strategies and operational plans for integrations as the prepare for day 1 close on an acquisition.I am passionate about building new consulting capabilities and businesses for the firms I work with. Along with my colleagues Kristin Pothier and Ross Nelson, I led a complete turnaround of the health and life sciences strategy consulting business at KPMG US, launching new services, go-to-market strategies, pricing models, thought leadership, and recruiting and training programs. As a result, we achieved three consecutive years of 20 to 25% growth. I am also a change agent and a thought leader, publishing multiple papers on the topics of precision medicine and healthcare and life sciences investment outlook.
