About Jeff Sager

Jeff Sager is a TV writer/developer/creator who has written over 100 episodes of television on over 20 different series (both Canadian and American). Some of these include Paw Patrol (Nickelodeon), The Snoopy Show (Apple+), Super Wings (Cartoonito), Camp Lakebottom (Disney), Cupcake and Dino: General Services (Netflix), Team Zenko Go (Dreamworks), and Bea's Block (Sesame Workshop). He is currently writing on The Smurfs, his fifth consecutive season of Paw Patrol, and is the co-head writer/executive story editor of two Jungle Book spinoff series in production with Power Kids Entertainment. He was nominated for Writers Guild of Canada screenwriting awards in the Children’s category in both 2020 and 2021 for episodes he wrote of Cupcake and Dino and Ollie's Pack respectively, and again in 2023 in the preschool category for an episode he wrote of Team Zenko Go. He has written development scripts and pilots for Industrial Brothers (Boat Rocker) and co-created a live action tween comedy series that was developed with the CBC. He has recently created an animated tween sci-fi adventure comedy, currently in development with Tonic DNA, and has been hired to develop several series for multiple international producers and studios, such as Sony YAY, Digital Smiles, Prayan Animation, Mojumbi Entertainment, Pyjama Films, and Japanese broadcaster TV Asahi Corporation.
