I have a proven track record of creating and presenting benefit strategies that increase revenue streams in the insurance market, as well as building strong relationships with brokers and clients on the West Coast.My core competencies include employee benefits, new business development, customer relationship management, and benefit enrollment technology. I have extensive knowledge of the employee benefits industry, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, HRA, COBRA, and POP plans. I have also specialized in building clients' enrollment platforms through Employee Navigator, a leading online enrollment technology platform, where I have built over 300 cases in the past 6 years. I excel in selling and communicating benefits and enrollment strategies to employers and employees, using a variety of technology tools and methods.
