I believe in developing strong relationships with my clients, a complete understanding of their wants and needs, understanding and respecting my clients' timelines (whether they have urgent needs, or wish to develop a plan over time.) I believe strongly in honesty and integrity - I work with my clients based on the facts, truth and what will best serve them. I also have always believed having an expert understanding of my own business is of great importance. Navigating products, internal departments, having strong working relationships across the spectrum of the business - resulting in increased knowledge and capabilities beyond the smaller, more detailed scope of my specific job - through this, I can best serve my customers, and ensure their expectations are exceeded at every point. I enjoy all of these things, in every position I have been in, but more importantly, it is these things precisely which I believe lead to long-term, happy relationships.
