I have been working in cinema management since August 2013 and am currently the General Manager of one of the highest grossing Box Offices in the Lancaster / York / Harrisburg area market. Through my training and education from Alvernia University, I am easily able to work with people of all walks of life to establish and maintain good relationships with them as team members, clients, or third-party vendors. My proven history in guest service roles will make sure that all of your customers feel valued during our interactions together by addressing all of their needs in a professional and timely manner. Within the company, I am able to take extensive KPI data and translate it into easy-to-understand formats for team members to review giving them a better understanding of how their work contributes to our overall goals and what we need to do as a team to meet those goals. I enjoy finding creative ways to present data beyond just a simple graph to really be able to tell the story of a product or brand to your audience.
