About Jeff Scherf

As an Account Delivery Executive with 30+ years of experience in IT Management and Leadership Experience at Hewlett Packard, I’ve developed an in-depth knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management practices and Governance by driving the practical application of those frameworks to implement successful Operational Models on many accounts. In that time I’ve had the opportunity to continually grow, and expand my capabilities with one guiding principle; I believe that our people are our greatest asset to drive service excellence and customer loyalty. My management style is to always seek opportunities to deliver an Improved Customer Experience and Value by engaging our delivery team directly, allowing them to own the Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive their own Personal Satisfaction and Recognition. My experience has shown that this balance builds pride in the delivery team and then ultimately drives loyalty, speed to new business development, revenue, growth, and execution while reducing costs at HP, and driving increased Value Add for our customers. This theme has been carried across multiple roles as I migrated from Digital Equipment, to Compaq, to Hewlett Packard then Hewlett Packard Enterprise and now DXC Technology. Roles and Responsibilities have ranged from Project Management of several Canadian wide customer projects, Services program lead for the Canadian EBS Banking and Foreign exchange program, Business Critical Engineer, Datacenter services Lead, People Manager, Customer Advocate Program, as well as a long list of Volunteer programs at HP.
