Launch new products & markets plus scale existing products: Built the full operating stack in terms of technology, procedures, and people to launch digital wallets and cards in 4 regions. E.g, led tech delivery of customer workflow tool APIs with Marqeta, stood up new contact centers, secured approvals from BaaS partners. Regulatory and compliance strategy that enables growth: To support a growth strategy of new products and markets, I secured 20+ licenses and registrations globally by building a repeatable market-entry playbook and ‘license in a box.’ 3. Omni-channel, comprehensive customer feedback loop (app, card, retail agent) to optimize front-end user experience as well as backend processes and controls. Prioritized and implemented these improvements with multiple departments, including Technology, Ops, and Marketing.
