My name is Jeff Scott and I bring with me 15+ years of broad Oil & Gas Industry experience in progressive roles as a maintenance planner & scheduler, team lead, safety team facilitator, oil & gas operator, & millwright. My strong experience in Operations and with variety of technical roles including successful Turnaround Execution, I’m extremely Process and Personnel safety-oriented with a Learner mindset. I can adapt to the changing environment and driven by continuous improvement and performance culture. Recognized for speed, simplicity, and efficient team player; I am highly motivated, exceptionally organized, detail oriented, results driven with high sense of accountability, ownership, and achievement with strong interpersonal and Communication (Written and Oral) skills. A few highlights/key achievements as follows: 1. Successful implementation/Delivery of Asset Management System to drive value Standardization and simplify ways of working 2. Successfully Planned and Scheduled multiple turnarounds/shut-downs, but more importantly “ZERO” Lost Time Accidents during these events. I believe my combined Operations, Field experience, maintenance background and leadership skills, I can add value by providing technical/leadership support to drive excellence and achieve desired results.
