My leadership experience in both high-performing U.S. schools and top international schools in South America has strengthened my expertise in curriculum refinement, strategic planning, and professional learning. I am committed to cultivating a collaborative school culture where innovation and holistic student development thrive. As Interim Superintendent, I successfully managed key transitions and oversaw significant projects, including the construction of new facilities and strategic resource allocation. A central focus of my leadership is aligning institutional goals with impactful initiatives, such as strategic teacher placements and program enhancements that have led to increased Advanced Placement (AP) and International Bachelorette (IB) passing rates and stronger university placements. As a leader, I believe it is my responsibility to continuously improve student learning and school efficiency.
