About Jeff Short

I am an educator and coach intent on shaping leaders who share my passion for a better future. My strategy is to facilitate opportunities for students to solve real-life problems. By employing collaborative and "hands-on" approaches, learners experience an opportunity to grow and gain confidence in their abilities. By learning how to achieve results, by modelling integrity, and by striving to impact others in a positive way, students develop the tools and attitudes needed to make a positive difference in their organizations, communities, and to our planet. I have made exceptional contibutions in: Innovative and meaningful approaches to teaching. Developing, delivering and managing effective corporate training. Leading and implementing complex organizational change. Managing people, teams, and programs locally and across Canada. Developing and implementing strategic plans and complex multifaceted projects. Building partnerships and strong relationships with stakeholders from all sectors. Human resource planning, staff selection, team building, employee satisfaction, marketing, and operations management.
