With 20 years of Experience in the Fire Service and Serving as a Captain of Fire Training for a local Municipal Fire Department. Experience in all phases of Emergency Management, Disaster Response, Counterterrorism, Analytics. Also currently qualified as a NC Associate Emergency Manager and a Level Fire Service Instructor within the State of North Carolina. I have experience creating, developing, conducting and executing exercise plans. Experience working in an Emergency Operations System Understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) Functional usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, adjust presentation to audience, and speak comfortably in front of wide group of emergency management personnel. Practical experience facilitating a variety of stakeholders to achieve defined objectives. Ability to organize and write clear, concise technical reports for delivery to customers. Practical experience in development of strategies and plans for response to terrorism, natural, and technological hazards. Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with individuals from diverse areas of specialization.
